As a talent scout, you will be responsible to lead and manage entire recruiting processes end-to-end (screening, interviewing, negotiating and closing offers) and make balanced hiring decisions for all positions. Together with our management team you select outstanding candidates that are aligned with our company vision and values.

• You are in constant communication with potential candidates, colleagues and partners, building strong and lasting connections for yourself and harmony.

• You’re a strong communicator and understand how to communicate with people in a remote environment

• Most importantly, you are an empathetic and outgoing personality who is able to build meaningful, long-term relationships and connections with both potential and current colleagues.
• You think outside the box and bring your expertise and ideas strategically and operationally.
• You are able to accurately identify the team and culture specific fit of talent through sourcing, screening and interviewing
• You have a strong understanding of the skills required for various positions
• Intrinsic drive to build candidate pipelines to meet and exceed hiring goals
• Good experience with sourcing tools and job portals
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• You have experience working in and can easily adapt to a fast-growing work environment

• Familiarity and/or a strong interest in the Streaming industry
• Familiarity with German and or international Employment Law
